- Strategic Coaching and Planning. Often teams lack strategic input, especially when pandemic crises and other operational issues take priority. Stepping back from the day-to-day challenges to take the longer view becomes even more vital to breaking out from the status quo. The inertia of the status quo is one of the great challenges of management. Competition demands effective strategy to succeed. Both leader and team approaches are used.
- Collaboration Services (M&A). While many healthcare organizations support a variety of affiliations, these tend to be casual and inconsequential. Going at risk and becoming interdependent is another level of collaboration that is more consequential. Determining how and when to take such risks requires skill and experience. We have a long, successful track record of facilitating joint discussions.
