- Fireside Chats, and Leadership Retreats. Sometimes just spending time together is motivating. Change the subject. Share with each other. Giving teams an edge gets harder over time. Lifting up vision to take the long view can establish dialogue that is more favorable and energizing in these challenging times.
- Strategic Coaching and Planning. Often, teams lack strategic input, especially when other operational issues take priority. Stepping back from the day-to-day challenges to take the longer view becomes even more vital to breaking out from the status quo. The inertia of the status quo is one of the great challenges of management. Competition demands effective strategy to succeed. Both leader and team approaches are used.
- Collaboration Services (M&A). While many healthcare organizations support a variety of affiliations, these tend to be casual and inconsequential. Going at risk and becoming interdependent is another level of collaboration that is more sustainable. Determining how and when to take such risks requires skill and experience.
