We use traditional consulting analyses from healthcare to make observations about our polarized society: symptoms, diagnoses, and treatments for a weak patient - America. We can do better than this. What is required is critical thinking and a strategic outlook. Specific suggestions are made. Time is limited; it is a call to action.
Readiness for Change
Stability is elusive today. It is hard to see through the political fog. We help leaders and teams deal with dynamic market conditions. Having a positive view of the future with a supportive culture is required to address critical issues in a strategic context.
Critical Thinking
Leaders today are under severe pressure. Emotions run high, as does anxiety. Loss of team morale is common. Staff turnover is challenging. There is an urgency to consider options and to be decisive. A shared vision clarifies desired change and translates into measurable actions. Effective leadership involves open team dialogue. This creates trust. Alignment of expectations, while difficult, is required to achieve success.
